Before joining ECG, Stephanie was a principal for 1BB Consulting, with engagements focused on cancer patient care and research that included strategic planning, service line integration, network development, clinical operations assessments, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, facilities planning, and the implementation of innovative value-based care models. Prior to 1BB, Stephanie was a system associate vice president for cancer programs with the Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center at UT Southwestern Medical Center. There, she developed and executed strategies to ensure the fiscal sustainability of the university hospital and Simmons Cancer Center that transformed an operating deficit into a 40% operating margin.
